Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, packing and the ground rules — all in one place.
Cancellation
- •100% refund if you cancel the trip 15 days in advance.
- •50% refund if you cancel the trip 5 to 10 days in advance.
- •0% refund if you cancel the trip 0 to 5 days in advance.
Rescheduling
Unlimited rescheduling options available. You can reschedule your trip to any future date from the date of booking.
Refunds
All refunds are by default added to a credit shell in your name, which you can use for future bookings with us — or you can withdraw it as a cash refund within 10–15 working days.
Standard inclusions
- Transportation and local transit
- Accommodation on sharing basis (tents or rooms, 3+ sharing)
- Breakfasts and dinners as per the itinerary
- Vehicle, driver, fuel and tolls
- GST and taxes
- Freshen-up rooms where needed
Standard exclusions
- Entry tickets
- Activities and watersports
- Jeep rides
- Boathouse costs (e.g. ₹3k twin / ₹2k triple sharing on Alleppey)
- Anything not explicitly listed in inclusions
What to bring (mandatory)
- Raincoat during monsoon
- Quick-dry clothing and sweaters for winter trips
- Thin blanket
- Sanitation kit (wet wipes, Odomos, toothpaste, sanitizer, ORS)
- Walking / sports / trekking shoes
- Govt. issued ID proof
- Medicines if any (if you have any health issues)
Important instructions
- No smoking and no alcohol
- No littering and no polluting of water
- This is not a luxury trip, but all care will be taken to make your trip comfortable
- Travellers unable to swim should avoid venturing into deep water
A note for customers
- Event hosts / organizers may modify memberships, routes, activities, timing and duration based on safety and weather, and ask for participant cooperation.
- The service is budget-oriented while maintaining safety standards and memorable experiences.
- If you want a particular stay booked to your preference, let us know for confirmation of any additional charges.
- You can self-book train / bus tickets with our assistance, or we can book them for you on request.
- Train ticket confirmation depends on how early you book — 15+ days in advance is recommended for confirmed tickets and budget-friendly rates.
